All RON Signing Packages Include the Following:

State-regulated notarization fee of $10 per notary signature or notarial act

Screening signer to ensure the RON signing will be successful

Receiving and processing the electronic document

Uploading and tagging document
-
Setting up and hosting the RON signing

Walking the signer through the RON signing process

Signing and notarizing the document electronically

Keeping an electronic notary journal and a video recording of the session stored on a secure server for a minimum of 5 years, in accordance with Arizona law

Providing client with a certified PDF of the signed and notarized document

Providing a log of all activities performed during the signing, if requested

Additional fees may apply. Administrative fees, document prep, RON Platform Fees, etc.

You will receive an invoice for the total amount and another email with your session link.

Payment is due prior to session. If payment has not been made prior to session, the session will be cancelled with an opportunity to reschedule. No refund will be given in that event but the deposit will still apply to the rescheduled session.

As RON is still a new service that has recently been approved, we cannot be responsible for knowing the laws or rules as to whether RON documents will be acceptable within the jurisdiction you plan on using or filing these documents. It is your responsibility to verify that the documents being remotely notarized will be accepted by the agency with which you wish to use them.
Online rules and regulations are changing rapidly, and we do our best to keep up with the rules, however we cannot guarantee that all remote notarized forms will be accepted by all agencies in all states and countries. Please seek legal advice if you have questions regarding RON document use and to confirm acceptance of remotely notarized documents with the agency you wish to use them.
